Yearly Schedule

New Years Day -- Clean your cages extra well so your pets can start the New Year right. Our Pet Shop Management Class begin in January.

Valentine's Day -- Our Bird Breeding Class is held on the closest Sunday.

Easter -- Animal Exchange does not sell Easter Bunnies. We only have year-round rabbits.

First Week in May -- National Pet Week

Mother's Day -- Let mother choose her own bird.

Friday of Memorial Day Weekend -- Blessing of the Animals, at the Animal Exchange, 4:30p.m.

End of May -- Pet Shop Management Class Begins.

June -- Relay for Life - Animal Exchange supports this American Cancer Society Event.

June -- Photo contest starts. Bring in a picture of a pet with its person.

August 5 -- Animal Exchange opened in 1979. Celebrate with us on the nearest Sunday.

August -- Hermit Crab Race at the Montgomery County Fair (Usually Wednesday afternoon).

September -- Back to school. A pet means a child is never home alone.

Halloween -- Our Hermit Crab Costume Contest is always a hit.

Holiday Season
--Don't forget to feed and water the pets.
--We have gift certificates so you never need to give a live animal as a gift.
